BMW GALA 2025

Showtime Productions was proud to be the official production partner for the Sylvania BMW Gala Dinner an elegant evening held inside Sylvania BMW showroom to support the Renal Care Department at St George Hospital, raising funds and awareness for vital community health services.

This brief was all about lighting and atmosphere transforming a premium dealership space into a sophisticated event environment with depth, impact, and cinematic presence. Our team curated everything from ambient architectural uplighting to stage and performance lighting, coupled with precision fixtures and atmospheric haze that brought the entire room to life. Thoughtful lighting elevated the performance moments, and also highlighted the stunning BMW vehicles on display.

With every lighting element carefully designed to enhance mood, movement and focus throughout the night, this event demonstrated how powerful lighting and production can shape the experience of a gala. Showtime worked alongside the styling and planning teams to ensure the space felt cohesive, dynamic and beautifully set a night of ambience, energy and purpose.

GAC LAUNCH EVENT

For the official launch of GAC Motors in Australia, Showtime was trusted with complete end-to-end event delivery, from production to experience. Over three massive days, our team transformed White Bay Cruise Terminal into an immersive automotive showcase, managing every element of the event in-house. From full lighting design, audio and staging, LED screens, catering, DJs and entertainment, right through to logistics and on-ground coordination we brought the vision to life. Each of the three new vehicle launches featured a bespoke reveal experience tailored to excite and engage guests. With full creative control and seamless execution, this was more than a launch, it was a statement of what Showtime does best.

For four consecutive years, Showtime Productions has proudly delivered the complete production solution for the Let’s Go Greek Festival, one of Sydney’s largest and most vibrant multicultural celebrations.

Our team is trusted to manage everything behind the scenes, from high-powered staging and dynamic lighting design to professional-grade audio systems that bring the festival’s performances to life. As the event continues to grow, so does our commitment to delivering an elevated experience for organisers, performers, and the tens of thousands of guests who fill the precinct each year.

OPT - ADEM + MATILDA WEDDING

When Adem & Matilda came to us, they had one vision: make it feel like a supernova. Hosted inside the iconic Overseas Passenger Terminal a venue rarely transformed for weddings this celebration was all about reimagining space through light, design, and emotion.

Over a two-day bump in, we turned the raw industrial canvas into something truly immersive. A custom-designed 6-metre circular truss was suspended above the dance floor, symbolising the sun and radiating warm whites and ambers from over 50 precision lighting fixtures. Guests were seated along mirrored tables that reflected the sculptural lighting, haze-filled atmosphere, and thoughtfully curated layout.

This wasn’t just a wedding it was a full-sensory experience where creativity met capability, and storytelling was embedded in every technical detail.
