Returns and refunds are at the discretion of Showtime Production management, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us for more information on our returns and warranty policies.
Faulty Equipment Purchased?
If the product you have purchased from Showtime Productions has a manufacturing fault, Showtime Productions will repair or replace the product under the warranty provided by the Australian distributor of the product. If the item is DOA (dead on arrival) or develops a fault that is covered by the warranty within 30 days from the delivery date we will replace the item immediately with a new one.
When starting out with any new piece of technology, it is important that you read the manual and setup instructions to ensure that you understand how the product is properly used. Commonly we find that equipment is not faulty but rather is being incorrectly used, so we ask of you to please check the basics before returning or assuming a product is faulty. In some cases the product itself may not be faulty but may not work due to a bad connection or faulty power cable, leads or plugs.

- Read start-up manual to understand the start-up process
- View manufacturer websites for any updates on product manuals, features or firmware updates
How can i return faulty equipment ?
If you have checked all the basics listed above and your equipment is still not working, please email us: email@example.com
When emailing please ensure that you include:
- Date of purchase
- Order Number
- Serial Number
- Model No#
- Description of product fault
What Showtime Productions does next.
Once we have received your email, one of our Showtime Productions staff members will get in touch with you, this is when we will advise you where to send your faulty product to be looked at / repaired or whether you should come into our store.
Note: We are not responsible for freight back to us, this is to be sorted out by the customer themself. Showtime will be happy to cover any cost in getting the product back to you once the product has been looked at, repaired or exchanged.
Changed your mind about a product?
We will not accept return if you...
- Received what you asked for but simply changed your mind.
- Found it cheaper somewhere else after receiving the product.
- Decided you did not like the purchase.
- Had no use for the product after all.
- Don't like the color
- Did not do your due diligence in understanding how your product works and knowing if any other components are needed to operate the product.
Showtime makes every effort to ensure that the information provided on our website is accurate. However, please note that we can not be held responsible for any error or omission that is beyond our control.
Remember distributors require proof of purchase for any equipment being returned for warranty repairs or product replacement. (we ask of you to please hold onto that receipt)
Showtime Productions is not liable for any goods / products damaged during transit. Please pack your goods carefully and make sure goods are packed and padded securely as damage can occur to poorly packaged returns.
